Columbus, Ohio is a city you love to hate. I like the small town feel in the big city. I hate that I have been here all my life and I have experienced everything the city has to offer. The cold, long, hard winters are not my favorite and I love my city in the spring and summer. I would change the transportation system.
Im still at the SFC and still making my way slowing in school. Still looking fo a new job. It seems like no really uses LJ anymore. Maybe I should ge plugged in and start using Facebook again or maybr even Twitter. Nothing really new with me. I did win a prize from BalletMet. 4 movie tickets, 4 tickets to The Nutcracker, an autographed Blue Jackets Jersey, a restaurant gift card and an autographed nutcracker. Maybe some magic will happen and my nutcracker will turn into my prince. Sweet Dreams.
Life perfect-Ain't perfect If you don't know what the struggle's for Falling down ain't falling down If you don't cry when you hit the floor It's called the past cause I'm getting past And I ain't nothing like I was before You ought to see me now
yes i was burned, but I call it a lesson learned my soul has returned so I call it a lesson learned
I remember when I was on the ship and my roomie and I made a saying up: "Live like dolphins!" We would always see dolphins jumping and spinning in air. Happy and care free. Just eat fish, play and take care of each other. What a life!
I think I want to get the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air on DVD. Carlton and Jeffery were my favorites. Remember Carlton's dancing? He loved Tom Jones!
There was once a monk who would carry a mirror where ever he went. A priest noticed this one day and thought to himself "This monk must be so preoccupied with the way he looks that he has to carry that mirror all the time. He should not worry about the way he looks on the outside, it's what's inside that counts." So the priest went up to the monk and asked "Why do you always carry that mirror?" thinking for sure this would prove his guilt. The monk pulled the mirror from his bag and pointed it at the priest. Then he said "I use it in times of trouble. I look into it and it shows me the source of my problems as well as the solution to my problems"
